Kit PD-12 Half aWake is a half-sized version of the 1939 Wakefield Canadian National Contest Winner.
In 1939 the big brother, Wakefield, made it's maiden flight of 28 minutes.
Flash to the present - The Flying Aces Club for 2011 supported the lead of Gordon Roberts and
Dave Pishnery to promote the "Half Size Wakefield" event suited for smaller fields. Easy Built Models
is happy to return to its heritage and support this effort by offering this model in the new size format.
This laser cut balsa wood kit is for the serious flying competitor and is recommended for experienced fingers.
