Within the United States:
Ordering from us has never been easier with our new online ordering
system. To order products at our web site, click 'Add to cart' on
products you wish to purchase. These items go into your shopping cart.
If you change the quantity on any item be sure to click the "Update Cart" button
on the shopping cart page. When you're finished shopping click the
'Proceed to Checkout' button and complete the billing information. Payment is by credit card or PayPal.
Your shipping cost is determined by weight and destination. For Express shipping
please email sales@easybuiltmodels.com
for cost and availability. There is a processing fee of $15 + shipping cost
via USPS Express Mail. Most express orders are delivered in 2
days.
If you wish to order by phone (334-358-5184) we are happy to take
your order. If we miss your call please leave your name and telephone
number and we will take your order
by return call.
For APO, FPO, and U.S. territories the shipping cost will
be the actual cost via USPS Priority Mail + $3.
For mail orders our address is: Easy Built Models,
PO Box 681744, Prattville, AL 36068-1744. We accept payment by personal check, money order or MoneyGram.
All payments must be in US dollars.
Outside the United States:
We accept online orders using PayPal or a credit card from most countries.
First time orders must be for merchandise totaling less than $100 before shipping cost is added.
Otherwise, we accept MoneyGram, Western Union, or money orders payable
in US dollars through a US bank. You can order online or via the
postal service. All
foreign orders are sent via United States Postal Service Airmail. Your
shipping cost is
based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your package(s).
If you want to know the shipping charge before you order,
send us an e-mail with a list of what you want to order and the destination
country. We will let you know the cost. Please note: this
will not include any taxes or duty you may be charged by customs in
your country.
We apologize but we can not accept orders by telephone
for customers outside the United States.
To order by mail, first contact us via email or post with a list
of what you want to order and the destination. We will respond with
the total cost. Please note: this will not include any taxes or duty
you may be charged by customs in your country. Payment using a money
order payable in US dollars should accompany your order.
EBM Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order.
Return Policy:
Problem with your order? Please let us know within 7 days. Damage
claims cannot be accepted beyond that time. Returns - All returns
must be authorized by us. Please contact us at daveann@easybuiltmodels.com to request authorization. Merchandise can be returned for refund
of the purchase price, less shipping, if merchandise is returned
unopened and undamaged within 14 days. All returns should be carefully
packaged and insured for the full purchase price. There is a 15%
restocking fee on returned merchandise.
