Within the United States:
Ordering from us has never been easier with our new online ordering
system. Just click 'Add to cart' on products you wish to purchase
and a confirmation screen appears, which also allows you to select
a quantity of the product using the drop-down list to the left. Click
add to cart at the confirmation screen and the specified quantity
(the default is 1) of that product is added to your shopping cart.
Any quantity or number of items can be in your shopping cart. After
you have everything you need, click the view shopping cart button
on the left below the 'Power Search' box. A new screen appears displaying
all the items in your shopping cart, from which you can add or subtract
items. If everything is as you desire, click 'Complete Order'. Then
complete the purchase forms and we will send you your products. Your
shipping cost is determined by weight and destination. For

If you wish to order by phone (334-358-5184) we accept VISA or MasterCard:
leave your name, telephone number and the hours you are available
and we will take your order by return call.
For APO, FPO, and U.S. territories the shipping cost will be
the actual cost via USPS Priority Mail.
We also accept payment by personal check, money order, MoneyGram,
Western Union, wire transfer, or bank transfer. All payments must
be in US dollars. For mail orders our address is: Easy Built Models,

Outside the United States:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, MoneyGram, Western Union, bank transfer,
wire transfer, or money orders payable in US dollars through a US
bank. You can order online or via the postal service. To order products
online, click 'Add to cart' on products you wish to purchase and a
confirmation screen appears, which also allows you to select a quantity
of the product using the drop-down list to the left. Click add to
cart at the confirmation screen and the specified quantity (the default
is 1) of that product is added to your shopping cart. Any quantity

address. Shipping charges will not be visible when you place your
order, you will be contacted via email with the shipping costs. You
must approve this cost before your order will be mailed. The $3.00
handling fee shown on your invoice is for completing customs forms.
All foreign orders are sent via United States Postal Service Airmail.
The cost is based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your
package(s). The shipping cost includes postage and insurance. You
must approve these charges before your order will be mailed. If approved,
these charges will appear on your credit card bill.
If you want to know the shipping charge before you order,
send us an e-mail with a list of what you want to order and the destination
country. We will let you know the cost. Please note: this
will not include any taxes or duty you may be charged by customs in
your country.
If you wish to order by phone (334-358-5184) leave your e-mail address,
telephone phone number, name as it appears on credit card, Visa or
MasterCard card number, expiration date, 3 digit security code on
the back of the card, your billing & shipping address, and the
catalog number(s) and quantity. Telephone orders are confirmed via
e-mail only. We will e-mail you with the total cost, including shipping,
for your order. If you accept the charges, you must reply with a confirmation
to the email.
To order by mail, contact us via e-mail or post with a list of what
you want to order and the destination. We will respond with the total
cost. Please note: this will not include any taxes or duty you may
be charged by customs in your country.
EBM Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order.
Return Policy:
All returns must be authorized by us. Please contact us at daveann@easybuiltmodels.com
to request authorization. Merchandise can be returned for refund of
the purchase price, less shipping, if merchandise is returned unopened
and undamaged within 10 days. All returns should be well packaged
and insured for the full purchase price. There is a 15% restocking
fee on returned merchandise. |
