Kit JX-01 Avro 707 Vulcan is a 1/79 built up scale, flying model jet.
Includes a vacuum-formed canopy.
The 707 was intended to investigate the low and high speed characteristics
of delta wings, for application to the 698 Vulcan design. To provide
that data Avro built a series of one-third scale research aircraft
designated Avro 707.
This kit includes a full-size rolled plan, building
instructions, printed balsa, hand-picked balsa strip wood, vacuum-formed
canopy, and Easy Built Lite tissue in dark
grey, evergreen, and desert tan. You will need a hobby
knife, fine sandpaper,
building board, pins, glue,
and a Rapier motor and accessories or catapult
rubber.
