FF-47 Howard DGA-9 - FAC Dime Scale
Kit FF-47 Howard DGA-9 is a 1/30 scale, flying model that uses the
Box and Former method of construction.
This kit was designed prior to 1942 and qualifies for FAC Dime

Self-taught aircraft designer

smallest aircraft and inverted flying. The DGA-9 was produced
in 1937.
This free flight rubber powered kit contains a
full-size rolled plan, building and flying instructions, hand-picked
competition weight printed balsa and balsa stripwood, rubber motor, E-B propeller,
EBM thrust button,
clear plastic for the windshield, wheels, landing gear wire,
and Easy Built Lite colored tissue. You will
need a building board, pins, hobby
knife, fine sandpaper, and glue.

"I enjoyed building the Howard DGA kit I purchased recently. A photo of
the finished model is attached. Since it's October and the tissue is
orange, I decorated the rudder on both sides like a Jack O'Lantern. I
hope to take it outside this weekend for some flying. Thanks for the
kit. I look forward to building another soon!" - Bill Winegardner
