WACO
Kit FF-32 WACO is a 1/22 scale, flying model that uses the Box
and Former method of construction. Pre-1942 design, eligible
for Society of Antique Modelers (SAM) contests.
The history of WACO is an important part of the early days of aviation
and a big part of the history of Troy, Ohio. In the early 1920s the
Weaver Aircraft Company began producing aircraft under the name WACO.
Many of these sturdy and reliable aircraft are still flying. This
kit is a scale model of the WACO Custom series of elegant biplanes
which were introduced in 1935.
This free flight rubber powered kit contains a full-size
rolled plan, building and flying instructions, hand-picked
contest balsa print wood and strip wood, FAI rubber motor, E-B propeller,
thrust button, clear plastic for the windshield, wheels, wire,
and Easy
Built Lite tissue in orange and black. You will need a building
board, pins, hobby knife, fine
sandpaper, and glue.
