Your shipping cost is determined by weight and destination. For Express shipping
please email sales@easybuiltmodels.com
for cost and availability. There is a processing fee of $15 + shipping cost
via USPS Express Mail. Most express orders are delivered in 2
days.
USA orders only, if you wish to order by telephone call 1-334-358-5184. If we miss your call
please leave your name and telephone number and we will take your order by return call.
For APO, FPO, and U.S. territories the shipping cost will
be the actual cost via USPS Priority Mail + $3.
For mail orders we accept payment by personal check or money order. All payments must be in US dollars.

We accept online orders by

Otherwise, please mail or email your order and send payment via Western Union, or money order payable
in US dollars through a US bank.
All foreign orders are sent via United States Postal Service Airmail.
Your shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your packages.
If you want to know the shipping charge before you order, use the shipping calculator on the order page or

We will let you know the cost. Please note: this will not include any taxes or duty you may be charged by customs in your country.
We apologize but we can not accept orders by telephone
for customers outside the United States.

or postal service with your order list and the destination. We will respond with
the cost including shipping. Mail us a money order in that amount. Your money order must be payable in US dollars.

Return Policy:
Problem with your order? Please let us know within 7 days. Damage
claims cannot be accepted beyond that time. Returns - All returns
must be authorized by us. Please contact us at daveann@easybuiltmodels.com to request authorization. Merchandise can be returned for refund
of the purchase price, less shipping, if merchandise is returned
unopened and undamaged within 14 days. All returns should be carefully
packaged and insured for the full purchase price. There is a 15%
restocking fee on returned merchandise.
